A$5, or 5% of the gift, whichever is greater, paid on top. The recipient always gets the full amount.
Up to A$500 per gift, and up to A$2,000 in any 30 days.
No, unless you choose to add your name. We never tell them.
With an Australian debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If they decline, or don't claim it within 30 days, we refund the gift amount to your card. The fee isn't refunded, because the work of sending is already done.
Go to habo.help/claim, enter your mobile number and confirm with the code we text you. Then add the bank account you want it paid into. It must be in your own name, by PayID or BSB and account number.
Our texts never contain links. They only ask you to visit habo.help yourself. A message with a link claiming to be us is not from us.
No. It's a gift, not a loan, and there is nothing to repay.
Usually within a few business days of accepting. We text you when it's sent.
habo.help is run by Prime Calibre Pty Ltd, an Australian company registered with AUSTRAC as a remittance dealer, IND249249396-001. We check both sender and recipient before any money moves.
